The facility refinances the remaining units, supporting Red Rock Developments as they transition to the next phase of their sales process. Situated in one of Ireland\u2019s most prestigious postcodes, the development offers exceptional connectivity and proximity to key locations such as Ballsbridge, Donnybrook, and Sandymount.<\/p>\n<p>The deal was originated by <strong>Frank Daly, Origination Director at Maslow Capital,<\/strong> and a key member of Maslow\u2019s local origination team in Ireland.
