Maslow Capital provided a \u00a379 million development loan to YourTRIBE to support the delivery of a landmark 414-bed Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Greenwich. The development will also include 5,352 sq ft of commercial space, with completion expected in 2027.<\/p>\n

Greenwich has become an increasingly attractive destination for students due to its proximity to leading universities and vibrant local amenities. However, as with much of London, there remains a significant shortfall in high-quality student accommodation, with demand far exceeding supply.<\/p>\n

YourTRIBE is rapidly establishing itself as a leading provider of premium PBSA, with its developments focused on modern design, well-being, and community-driven student living.
