Maslow Capital will continue to provide significant real estate finance<\/a> to Irish property professionals and developers as it opens a larger Dublin office and adds two senior hires to its deal management and origination team. The move deepens the real estate lender\u2019s long-term presence in Ireland and expands the pool of capital aimed at increasing housing supply, supporting economic growth, and creating thousands of construction and construction-related jobs across the country.<\/p>\n

The specialist lender has relocated to 40<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>Mespil<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>Road, Dublin<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>4<\/strong>, and appointed Oliver<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>Lawlor<\/strong><\/a> as Senior Director of Origination<\/em> and Bryan<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>Scannell<\/strong><\/a> as Senior Associate<\/em>. The pair will join existing Senior Director of Origination<\/em> Frank<\/strong>\u202f<\/strong>Daly<\/strong><\/a>, who has spearheaded the lender\u2019s bridging and development transactions in Ireland to date.<\/p>\n

Oliver Lawlor, a real estate finance professional with over 20 years\u2019 experience in Dublin and London, has originated more than \u20ac250m of real estate debt. Bryan Scannell, a Senior Associate within the Deal Management team at Maslow Capital, brings over 12 years corporate and property development lending experience.<\/p>\n

Official CSO figures show that just 30.3k homes were completed in 2024 \u2013 6.7% fewer than in 2023 and below the Government\u2019s Housing for All<\/em> target of 33k.\u00b9 \u00b2 The Housing Commission estimates Ireland faces a shortfall of up to 256k homes.\u00b3 Maslow Capital\u2019s commitment to support bridging, development and structured lending solutions is designed to help close that gap.<\/p>\n

Maslow Capital has supported a diverse range of projects across Ireland to date, with recent completions including a \u20ac17.3m developer exit loan on Merrion Road, Dublin\u202f4; a \u20ac6m bridging loan supporting the purchase of a site for a substantial social housing scheme in Dublin 8; and a \u20ac730k refurbishment loan converting a vacant commercial building in Cork city centre into residential accommodation. The lender also reports a strong pipeline of new facilities nationwide.<\/p>\n

Maslow Capital\u2019s Dublin hub complements local teams across the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands and Germany. The firm provides funding ranging from \u20ac300k to \u20ac750m and has financed more than \u20ac8.7bn of projects to date.
