Abigail Cox is an IT Support Engineer at Maslow Capital, where she helps keep our pan-European real-estate finance platform running smoothly for colleagues across the UK and Europe. She combines service excellence with strong data know-how. Before joining Maslow, Abigail supported trainees and staff at AiCore, resolving support requests and improving internal processes. Earlier, she worked as a Computational Linguist on Apple’s Siri, leading a team of linguists on a British-English lexicon expansion and contributing to text-to-speech and speech-recognition model documentation.

Abigail holds an MSc in Speech & Language Processing from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in Classics (with study abroad) from the University of Exeter. She is experienced with Python, SQL, AWS, Power BI and ETL tooling, and is known for her calm, hands-on approach to solving complex technical issues at pace.
