Adam Baghdadi brings over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, private credit, and hedge fund management to his role as Head of Maslow’s Lending Solutions division. Starting his career in the UK M&A investment banking team at Morgan Stanley in London, he then spent four years at HBK Capital Management, a US special situations and credit-focused multi-strategy hedge fund where he was the analyst responsible for European asset-backed corporate and structured credit opportunities.

Adam then spent four years at Sixth Street, a leading global investment firm, where he was principally focused on asset-backed credit opportunities and real estate investing. He also oversaw Sixth Street’s European energy investing strategy and development finance lending strategy, which included an exclusive joint venture with Maslow Capital.

Since joining Maslow in February 2022, Adam has applied his innovative thinking and deep insights across various credit, lending, and special situations strategies. He distinguishes himself by finding unique solutions for clients that may be overlooked by traditional funding routes.

He holds a BA in Economics and Management with double first-class honours from Oxford University, where he was an exhibition scholar at Brasenose College.
