Ben graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2012 majoring in Property Economics. Ben started his property career in Australia as an analyst for a commercial real estate agency and then joined a Managed Investment Scheme as Portfolio Manager, growing the loan book, servicing the South-East Queensland region along with working with Loan Syndicate Partners throughout other major capital cities. Ben oversaw new development proposals from initial concept feasibility through to credit assessment, construction lifecycle, settlements and return of investor principal. Upon landing in the UK in the second half of 2017, Ben acquired a role as a BDM through a Peer-to- Peer Lender and since January 2018, resides in the Risk and Portfolio Management team focusing on the credit/risk reporting framework, portfolio management and prudential lending process. In 2020 Ben joined Maslow’s ESG Steering Committee where he is a passionate voice for improving sustainability within the Real Estate sector. Building on his experience in ESG, Ben has recently received a diploma in Sustainable Real Estate from the University of Cambridge.
