With extensive experience in real estate management, investment, and lending, Donato Piscuoglio is a key member of Maslow Capital’s origination team. He uses his deep industry knowledge to ensure clients are fully supported throughout the lending process, with a focus on assisting entrepreneurial real estate developers within the Italian market.

Donato has held leadership roles at Pirelli Real Estate, Gabetti, and Generali Real Estate, where he rose to Head of Transactions for Southern Europe. He also served as Head of Real Estate Transaction Management at CDP Immobiliare, the real estate division of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, and held senior positions at Europa Investimenti.

He holds a degree in Economics from the Federico II University of Naples and a Master’s in Financing Tools for Real Estate Transactions from SDA Bocconi.
