Ravan Dhanota brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to Maslow’s Short-Term Finance team, where she plays a crucial role in coordinating efforts between the credit and sales departments. Her journey in the mortgage and finance industry began in 2016, and since then, she has built a distinguished career characterised by expertise and dedication.

Starting as a mortgage administration/paraplanner for an independent mortgage brokerage after independently earning her CeMAP qualification, Ravan quickly demonstrated her capabilities. Her exceptional performance from 2016 to 2019 earned her a promotion to mortgage broker, a role she held until 2020.

Ravan then joined Knight Frank Finance, serving as a mortgage paraplanner. During this period, she gained invaluable experience in both regulated and unregulated markets, specialising in residential and Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages. Her broad skill set and detailed knowledge of the industry set her apart.

Currently at Maslow, Ravan is instrumental in producing and issuing terms and Agreements in Principle (AIPs), preparing underwriting checklists, and overseeing cases from AIP to completion. She serves as a key point of contact for brokers and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
