We were delighted to complete a \u00a0\u00a314.9m<\/strong> senior financing package, supporting the development of Highgate mews, a 13-unit residential scheme in Highgate, London. The scheme which will be developed by ME Developments, will be completed by autumn 2023.<\/p>\n

The luxury development, introduced to Maslow Capital by Arc & Co. will consist of three buildings, between two and three storeys, sitting on a 0.7 acre brownfield site on Denewood Road, in the London Borough of Haringey.<\/p>\n

How this scheme is making a difference<\/h4>\n

Highgate Mews will continue ME Development’s emphasis on resident’s mental well-being, with the high-quality units being complimented by private terraces, overlooking the surrounding communal gardens, in addition to an onsite spa and gym.<\/p>\n

In addition to living roofs and PV Solar panels, timber utilised in the scheme will be sourced from certified well-managed forests and\/or recycled materials, ensuring a BRE Green Guide of specification is achieved.<\/p>\n
