{"id":1021,"date":"2018-03-26T09:58:17","date_gmt":"2018-03-26T09:58:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/?p=1021"},"modified":"2025-06-20T09:50:35","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T08:50:35","slug":"maslow-capital-finances-70m-resi-student-development","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/maslowcapital.com\/pt\/blog\/2018\/03\/26\/maslow-capital-finances-70m-resi-student-development\/","title":{"rendered":"NEWS: Maslow Capital completes new facilities enabling \u00a370 million of new developments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Maslow Capital has completed four loan facilities which will allow \u00a370m of new residential and student developments to move forward.<\/p>\n<p>In aggregate, the projects will deliver more than 214,000 sq. ft. of new accommodation, including 118 new homes and 326 new student beds.\u00a0 The schemes are located in Manchester, Bournemouth, Colchester and Croydon, further supporting Maslow\u2019s strategy of diversifying its lending activity across the UK\u2019s key regional cities. The projects will increase the GDV of developments financed by Maslow Capital to more than \u00a3220m in 2018 so far.<\/p>\n<p>We at Maslow Capital have seen considerable growth in demand and appetite for our senior debt and stretch senior debt products, with our team accelerating both the number of facilities into 2018 and broadening its scope across UK real estate asset classes.\u00a0 To date, Maslow Capital has provided debt facilities to enable the delivery of more than 3.2 million sq. ft. of new accommodation throughout England and Wales, totalling approximately 5,000 new properties and a collective GDV of more than \u00a31.6 billion.<\/p>\n<p>2018 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Maslow Capital and we are seeing substantial growth in demand for our loan products from an increasing range of developers and intermediaries.\u00a0 Our ability to interpret our clients\u2019 needs, identify the right funding solution and execute the facility quickly and rigorously provides us with a real competitive advantage.\u00a0 We are delighted that clients continue to find the combination of our development sector knowledge and speed to market so compelling, and we are looking forward to expanding our lending portfolio as we move into the second quarter.<\/p>\n<h3>This was also featured in last weeks Property Week online, read it\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.propertyweek.com\/news\/maslow-capital-finances-70m-of-resi-and-student-development\/5095667.article\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Maslow Capital has completed four loan facilities which will allow \u00a370m of new residential and student developments to move forward.
