This funding will enable RedOak to refinance previous planning costs and fully fund the ongoing development of the site.<\/p>\n<p>Situated less than a mile from the University of Bristol (UoB) campus and half a mile from Cabot Circus, the scheme is positioned to cater to the city&#8217;s growing student population.
