Maslow Capital provided a €94.8 million development loan to YourTRIBE to support the delivery of a landmark 414-bed Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Greenwich. The development will also include 5,352 sq ft of commercial space, with completion expected in 2027.
Greenwich has become an increasingly attractive destination for students due to its proximity to leading universities and vibrant local amenities. However, as with much of London, there remains a significant shortfall in high-quality student accommodation, with demand far exceeding supply.
YourTRIBE is rapidly establishing itself as a leading provider of premium PBSA, with its developments focused on modern design, well-being, and community-driven student living. The Greenwich scheme will offer a range of premium amenities, including concierge services, dedicated study spaces, social lounges, a state-of-the-art gym, and secure cycle storage, ensuring students benefit from a well-rounded and high-quality living experience.

“With London’s world-class universities attracting students from across the globe, the demand for purpose-built student accommodation continues to far exceed supply. Many students still struggle to find well-located, high-quality housing that meets their needs, and developments like these play a crucial role in addressing this shortfall. These schemes will offer students a best-in-class living experience, with high-specification amenities that foster community, well-being, and academic success. This is the kind of accommodation students deserve, and we are proud to help make it a reality.”
