Maslow Capital provided an €22.2 million development loan to Mellior Group, supporting the delivery of 119 private residential units in Salford.
The scheme will provide a well-balanced mix of accommodation, including 12 studios, 28 one-bedroom apartments, 68 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 three-bedroom units.
The L-shaped building will also incorporate 11 dual-aspect, three-bedroom duplex apartments at ground level, offering spacious, modern living spaces in a highly desirable location.
Situated on the western bank of the River Irwell, the development benefits from proximity to Salford University, which is just a 10-minute walk away, as well as strong transport links to Manchester city centre.
