Maslow were pleased to fund the development of St George’s Gardens, a 140 unit scheme comprising a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments constructed over 10 floors with access to an 11th floor roof garden with practical compleation reached 2021. The property is 0.9km from Deansgate train station, close to the A57 and will benefit from the second Metrolink line which will be operational by 2020/2021. The second phase of the HS2 high-speed rail link is planned to significantly reduce journeys to London and is expected to boost investment in the region.
