Maslow Capital Announce Two Senior Promotions
Specialist real estate development finance provider Maslow Capital has announced the promotion of Matt Pigram to Senior Partner and Emma Burke to Head of Deal Origination.
Maslow Capital is announcing the two promotions at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth, as it continues to service a significant number of opportunities in the real estate development finance space across the UK’s “Living Sectors”.
After 11 years at the company, Matt Pigram will be progressing into the role of Senior Partner from his previous role as Head of Deal Origination. Matt has been an integral part of Maslow’s leadership team, overseeing a significant rise in deal flow and operational efficiency during his time as Head of Deal Origination. In his new role, Matt will continue to source and manage relationships with new and repeat borrowers, in addition to playing a larger role in shaping the strategic direction of the business under the leadership of Co-founder & CEO, Ellis Sher.
Emma Burke will bring a wealth of experience to her new role, having spent much of her career building business relationships and managing large origination teams. Since joining Maslow in late 2018, Emma has played a significant part in the growth of Maslow’s loan book and reputation, whilst continually providing a leading customer experience. As Head of Deal Origination, Emma will be looking after an extensive portfolio of customers as well as being responsible for growing new lending relationships.
