RESI Conference 2018, Maslow Capital sponsors the Joint Victories award

To celebrate a new era of the RESI Convention we have partnered with  Whittam Cox Architects and Property Week to launch a search for the most outstanding resi-led joint venture schemes of the past five years.

This award will be the ultimate acknowledgment of public/private partnership success over the past five years. Property Week will be rewarding two exceptional schemes, a large scale scheme (250 units or more) and a small scale scheme (fewer than 250 units).

We would like to invite developers, house builders, local authorities and housing associations to enter these special awards. Submitted schemes can be from anywhere within the UK and must be seen as showing your commitment to regeneration and community building. These schemes will demonstrate how the public and private sector can achieve excellence by working together for mutual benefit. Importantly, entries cannot predate April 2014. What’s more, the 10 shortlisted partnerships/schemes will be invited to participate in the ‘JV Showcase’ in order to promote and profile their schemes. After viewing the showcase, delegates will cast their votes and the winners will be announced live at RESI.
