Maslow Capital provided a short-term refurbishment and extension facility to support the repositioning of a period mid-terrace house in North London.
The asset, located within an established residential street in the London Borough of Brent, was acquired in unmodernised condition. The borrower’s strategy was to enhance value through a comprehensive refurbishment and the addition of both a rear extension and loft conversion, transforming the property into a high-specification five-bedroom family home.
The facility refinanced an acquisition bridge and funded the proposed works, with exit via open market sale upon completion.
