Maslow were pleased to fund the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed building which will provide 192 residential units & commercial space, comprising a total of 266,331 sq. ft.

This spectacular structure is being renovated into duplex, loft-style apartments with dual aspect views overlooking Liverpool’s UNESCO world heritage waterfront and a central courtyard. Stanley Dock sits proudly at the heart of Liverpool’s docks – the largest and most complete system of historic docks anywhere in the world. At the time of its construction in 1901, the Stanley Dock Tobacco Warehouse claimed to be the world’s largest brick building in terms of area and it is now set for a major regeneration.
