Maslow Capital provided a €21m development facility to deliver a new 123-bed nursing home in Dublin. The project supports Ireland’s long-term care needs, where closures of legacy homes and a growing 65+ population have widened the gap between demand and supply.
This facility was originated and structured out of Dublin by Maslow Capital’s Lending Solutions division, which focuses on complex, specialist real estate and event-driven transactions. The team finances project recapitalisations, loan purchases, and lending against specialist assets including retail, commercial, leisure, hotels, care homes and holiday parks. This capability complements Maslow’s Bridging and Development divisions, which specialise in living-sector assets.
Aron Connolly, Director, Lending Solutions (UK & Europe) said: “We are pleased to back highly regarded sponsors with a proven delivery record, giving strong confidence in execution. This Dublin-originated transaction was structured and managed by our local team and leverages the strength of our pan-European platform. As part of Maslow’s lifecycle product suite, spanning Bridging, Development and bespoke Lending Solutions, we remain focused on funding high-quality real estate assets that meet clear demand.”
