Maslow Capital provided a short-term bridging facility to support the refinancing and continued sales of completed residential units within a landmark mixed-use development in Central London.
The scheme comprises high-quality private apartments alongside a pre-let commercial unit and an operational educational facility. Following the original development and successful sales programme, a limited number of completed apartments remained unsold. Our facility refinanced existing short-term debt and provided working capital to support ongoing marketing, sales progression, and asset optimisation.
The loan was structured against fully completed residential stock in a prime Zone 1 location, offering strong liquidity fundamentals and demonstrated buyer demand.
