Maslow Capital provided a short-term refurbishment and completion facility to support the delivery of a high-specification mixed-use scheme in West London.
The asset comprises a collection of private residential apartments above a ground-floor commercial unit, located on a prominent high street in an affluent and well-connected borough. The scheme was mid-construction at the point of financing, with a short remaining build programme and planning secured for an additional residential unit.
Our facility refinanced the incumbent lender and provided the capital required to complete construction and execute a unit-by-unit sales strategy.
