Meet the team on their way to Newport for the three-day event:

Matt Pigram, Partner, and Deal Originator

After spending a number of successful years in retail banking, Matt decided to specialise in property lending joining Dunbar Bank Plc where he remained for 10 years. He has worked extensively with both commercial and residential investors and developers on a wide range of projects not only in London but throughout the UK, using his technical knowledge and attention to detail to deliver a range of funding solutions.

Matt joined Maslow in 2011 and has played an instrumental role in growing the business, becoming a partner in 2014. Matt looks after a portfolio of customers and is responsible for growing new lending relationships.

Suzanne Wadsworth, Deal Originator

Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in property finance with a focus on developments throughout her career.  Starting with ANZ Bank in Australia, then Suzanne moved to the UK in 2000. Suzanne worked with the Deutsche Postbank property team for over a decade, has undertaken a number of consulting roles, and more recently growing the property finance exposure for a Qatari bank for 3 years.

Michael Kearny, Deal Originator 

Mike has over 12 years of property finance experience having commenced as an Analyst in Australia. Throughout the early part of his career, Mike worked in the front office and then in distressed loan management following the Global Financial Crisis. Mike then moved to ANZ Banking Group as an Associate Director growing a AUD1.4 Billion national loan portfolio of both real estate investment and development facilities.

Adam Wass, Deal Originator 

After graduating from DeMontfort University in 2009, Adam joined The Ministry of Justice where he spent two years working in the Chief Executive’s Office at Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). Adam was responsible for monitoring projects and their key milestones throughout the greater HMCTS portfolio, to ensure the department could meet its strict budgetary requirements.
