Maslow Capital provided a structured refurbishment facility to support the conversion and extension of a period property in Hackney, North London.

The asset, previously arranged as two self-contained flats, is being reconfigured back into a single high-specification dwelling, with the addition of both a rear extension and loft conversion. Planning consent has been secured, and works were underway at the point of refinancing.

The facility restructures the existing loan and provides a modest refurbishment tranche to support completion, with exit via open market sale.
