NEWS: 14 days, 4 deals, €54 million

Maslow is delighted to announce the completion of four exciting deals with a total of €54 million lent.

The firm closed an outstanding two weeks this July, with four different deals completing in a matter of days. Ranging from a 7-house scheme in Camberley to a 183-flat development in Manchester, the developments scaled the length and breadth of the country.

Crosstrees €0m funded a residential scheme in Canford Cliffs on the south west coast of England. Working with a local Dorset contractor, the scheme consists of 4 residential blocks that make up 36 high-spec units. The development has stunning views over Parkstone Golf Club and is situated a mere 5-minute drive from the beaches of Sandbanks Peninsula.

Tib Street €0m scheme was CITU NQ in Manchester; a large primarily residential development in the heart of the Northern Quarter, which was the borrower’s biggest project to date. Built on the site of a former car park, the scheme consisted of 183 residential units and 4 retail unit across 9 storeys and is an entirely new build project.

York Road €0m completed on a Camberley development, less than a mile away from the world-famous military academy, Sandhurst. The self-build consists of 7 4-bedroom houses aimed at young families looking to move out of London to get more space for their money.

Hubbards Close €0m was delighted to complete a second deal with this borrower to fund the construction of 2 houses and 7 flats in the London Borough of Hillingdon. This self-build project was an ambitious re-build of a previously dilapidated Grade II listed building.
