The assets, located on the same residential street within an established and well-connected borough, were acquired as an off-market transaction and are being repositioned into large, professionally managed Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

The facility funds both the acquisition and refurbishment works, with a clear exit strategy via refinance upon stabilisation.
