Maslow were pleased to fund the development of a 147 unit serviced apartment scheme in Salford. This is the Borrower’s second serviced apartment scheme. The individual units within the scheme will be sold off separately with a limited rental guarantee. The scheme is to be operated by the Borrower’s own serviced apartment brand and will provide 24 hour concierge service, swimming pool and spa, resident’s events, meeting and amenity space and a fully equipped gymnasium.
