Maslow have provided the development funding for the delivery of a 47-unit residential scheme in Birmingham. The scheme will consist of 28 x 2 bed units & 19 x 1 bed apartments totalling 31,603 sq. ft. The development is located to the north of Birmingham City Centre, in close proximity to the Jewellery Quarter and is a c.15-minute walk to Grand Central Station/New Street Station and the Bull Ring Shopping Centre. As well as being one of the highest-ranking (21st) European cities for investment prospects in 2018, Birmingham has also seen overall employment grow by 49,000, an increase of 10.5% since 2010.
