Maslow were pleased to fund the development of this 47  unit residential scheme in Birmingham. The scheme consists of 28 x 2 bed units & 19 x 1 bed apartments which total 31,603 sq. ft. The scheme is located to the north of Birmingham City Centre, in close proximity to the Jewellery Quarter and is a c.15-minute walk to Grand central station/new street station and the Bull ring shopping centre. As well as being one of the highest-ranking (21st) European cities for investment prospects in 2018, Birmingham has also seen overall employment grow by 49,000, an increase of 10.5% since 2010.
