Maslow Capital was delighted to have completed the finance of The Kettleworks: a large, primarily residential development scheme in the heart of Birmingham. The scheme consists of 291 residential units, 2 commercial units, and a 4-storey car park with practical completion reached in 2018. Part of the St George’s Urban Village Project located in the Jewellery Quarter, this ambitious build consists of both refurbishment and new build works.
The development, which includes studio, 1, 2, and 3-bed flats, was over 90% forward sold and the deposits were used towards the construction costs.
This was the second deal that Maslow had undertaken with this borrower within 6 months.
