Expertise We Offer:
  • Refurbishments: Residential and commercial refurbishments, including those with a change of use or BER/ESG upgrades considered.
  • Change of Planning: We finance properties and strategic land with value-enhancing planning changes, such as conversions from office (above a retail unit) to residential, or enhancing land with planning permission.
  • Development Exits: For developers with development finance facilities nearing the end of term or needing equity released from a site that requires more time to sell. We can refinance the existing facility, allow more time for sales, release equity from the site, and support ongoing sales. This type of facility can also save borrowers from default interest with the exiting lender.
  • Equity Release/Capital Raising: We allow clients to raise debt on an unencumbered or low-leveraged property, providing sufficient equity to enable the efficient acquisition of another property.
